The charts here show the average age, ethnicity, favorite genre of music and popular rock artists among other results. Almost all the ages of the people who took our surveys are 16-20 and are of white British decent. This is important to us since this is our target audience we want to aim for. 50% of the people we asked if they liked rock music answered yes which is good because we have a relatively large audience to entertain with the music video but also means there is a specific style that the music videos will follow.
Quite a few people said they do listen to British rock artists. We also found out some of the popular artists to help us narrow down a choice for our song. Another thing we found that a lot of people expect there to be a lot of leather being worn in rock music videos along side skinny jeans. Rock music videos have been shown to take place in isolated areas and dark places we found this from our questionnaires which will help us narrow down a few specific places to film, upon this we also found that a majority of people believe that there should be a dark feeling to rock music videos. People also expect there to be typical band instruments seen in the video like electric guitars, drums, bass guitars and a singer with a microphone.
